Andrew is an award-winning Designer and Creative Director who has worked extensively with high profile clients developing marketing and communication strategies.

Andrew started this multimedia, multi-disciplined interactive design firm called Cantor Design in 1987 after many years as a creative director in various New York ad agencies and direct mail firms.

For the past 33 years, Andrew has worked on branding, collateral, direct, and interactive campaigns for Fortune 50 companies. His client list is a who’s who of the business and creative fields in which he travels. From Pfizer, AIG, Chartis, New York Life, Credit Suisse, Marsh Financial and Seagrams, to Frank Sinatra, the Beatles and the Grateful Dead, just to name a few.

Andrew holds a BFA from the Philadelphia College of Art, is a member of the Art Directors Club of NY and AIGA of NY, as well as a former APDF Executive Board member, and former UArts Alumni Council member.

Strategy Director

Dan Oh has nearly 10 years of professional marketing, advertising, and brand strategy experience across several different categories: non-profit, higher education, health care services, pharmaceuticals, and general consumer goods. In the past, Dan has created marketing communications for Novo Nordisk, EmblemHealth, Delete Blood Cancer DKMG, Covidien, Power Medical Interventions, Janssen, Hythiam, Inc, Consumer Reports, International Youth Fellowship, and more.

Dan’s professional experience is diverse, having helped establish a higher education institution, a youth non-profit organization, and several overseas volunteering initiatives targeted to students in the US.

Dan also provides creative direction, sponsorship management, keynote speaker procurement, social media marketing, public relations, and VIP relations for International Youth Fellowship in New York.

Dan holds a B.A. in Journalism, Public Relations, and Advertising from Temple University.

Omar Padron

Creative Director

With over 18 years of creative marketing experience, from traditional advertising agencies to design studios, Omar Padron has amassed extensive knowledge that helps him execute successful concepts and solve complex strategic problems for his clients.

A graduate from St. John’s U., Omar began his career in ’95 directing design for clients such as Richard Simmons to NYLife. In ’04, he created shopper marketing and promotion programs for famous food brands, including Bertolli and Ragu at Ogilvy Action as a senior art director.

Then, as associate creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi X, Omar led his team to revitalize the Wendy’s brand, revamping everything from broadcast to in-store signage. By elevating brand photography and developing a consistent retail look and voice across all 7000 national franchises, Wendy’s surpassed Burger King in US sales.

Omar is currently utilizing his talents and experience as a partner and creative director.

With over 18 years of marketing experience, Manal Richa brings extensive knowledge and experience to planning, strategizing and executing digital marketing strategies with successful outcomes.

For years, Manal has worked hand in hand with businesses on increasing their online exposure and building strong awareness about their offerings through a spectrum of services including social media marketing, social media paid ads, blogging, and email marketing, to name a few.

Manal is an adjunct professor at Concordia University and Brandman University, Irvine, CA. She has a BA in Communications and Advertising, and an MBA in Organizational Leadership.

Scott has been the editor-in-chief of several lifestyle magazines in the Philadelphia region. Most recently, he’s worked as the chief content officer for a national marketing agency and as an independent content strategist in the Philadelphia suburbs, where he lives with his wife, their baby son, and a cantankerous 19-year-old cat.

Grazyna Huzik is a social media strategist and a visual designer. Over the course of her career she’s managed to help a wide range of clients to significantly grow their social media audience and improve their online presence. Her client list includes business owners, online retailers, newspapers and many others. With a B.A. in web journalism and an additional degree in web design, her goal is to provide an enjoyable experience for a customer and a marketing success for a brand.
